Villa Alia
Villa Alia is a beachfront luxurious villa (115 m2) in Kiotari Rhodes, part of an exclusive villa complex only 40 meters from a beach of exquisite beauty. The maximum accommodation of the three floor villa is 4 guests + 1 infant and has been specially designed for families and couples providing a space of privacy and calmness with a variety of accommodation facilities so as to become your home away from home.
Bedrooms
The villa provides three bedrooms.
The master Bedroom A, which is located on the top level, includes a double bed (180 x 200 cm), high-quality mattress, closets with a full-length mirror, flat screen TV, low noise A/C, mini safe in the closet, balcony and interconnecting with Bathroom A and provides a bath, toilet, hand basin, bath towels, hair dryer, hand soap and shower gel.
Bedroom B & C as well Bathroom B are located on the lower ground floor.
Bedroom B includes a single bed, high-quality mattress, wardrobe and mirror, desk, sliding door to the garden terrace, low noise A/C and flat-screen TV.
Bedroom C includes a single bed, a high-quality mattress, wardrobe, low-noise A/C and a flat-screen TV.
Bathroom B provides a bathtub with shower, toilet and basin, hand soap and shower gel.
There is also a Laundry Room on the lower ground floor which provides a washing machine, an Ironing board, cleaning items and a laundry rack.
Kitchen / Lounge Facilities
On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped open plan Kitchen with everything you may need for cooking during your holidays in Rhodes: Fully equipped kitchen, A/C, table for 6 persons, fitted dishwasher and other small electric appliances.
The lounge is also located on the ground floor with the open plan kitchen and is well-equipped with modern style and contemporary furniture including a comfortable seating area, a flat-screen TV with about 300 international channels, an outlet for USB stick/ HDMI plug, a DVD and a sliding door to terrace and pool.
A wireless Internet connection is provided throughout the property. Relax and enjoy your meal in the spacious kitchen and living room.
Pool/Terrace
On the south side, having a direct sea view, there is a private pool with a waterfall that cascades from a two-meter-high stone-built wall. The pool includes the following features: Size: 25m2, Length: 6.70m / Width: 3.80m / Depth: 1.30m with a Hydro & Turbo Jet Massage.
Located around the pool, the terrace is offered for blissful relaxation and includes four sunbeds, an umbrella, an al fresco outdoor shower and outdoor furniture.
